江苏一鸣生物科技股份有限公司成立于 1998 年 8 月，是集研发、制造与销售于一体的高新技术企业：拥有三座现代化工厂和一个研发基地、30 多名专业研究人员；主营生物工程，覆盖食品添加剂与配料、医药等领域。现有产品线包括酶制剂、胶体和防腐剂，以天然食品添加剂的生物发酵为基础——公司是中国首家以微生物发酵法生产谷氨酰胺转氨酶（TG）的企业。

Jiangsu Yiming Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (Yiming Biotech) is a Chinese high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, production, and sale of food-grade enzymes, colloids, and natural preservatives. Founded in August 1998, the company is headquartered in Shanghai and operates three manufacturing bases in Jiangsu province. It is recognized as the first company in China to produce transglutaminase (TG) via microbial fermentation.
The company remains active as of September 2026, recently participating in the 2026 China International Food Additives and Ingredients Exhibition (FIC) in March. It continues to supply global markets with products including TG enzyme, curdlan gum, and ε-polylysine. The firm is a privately held entity and maintains certifications including ISO9001, ISO22000, FSSC22000, HALAL, and KOSHER.
