Wilmar International Limited (founded 1991; headquartered in Singapore) is Asia’s leading agribusiness group operating an integrated value chain across oil palm cultivation, oilseed crushing, edible oils refining, flour/rice milling, sugar milling/refining, consumer/ready-to-eat foods and central kitchen products, specialty fats and oleochemicals, palm biodiesel, and fertilisers/food parks. It’s a major producer/processor and merchandiser, with over 1,000 manufacturing plants in 50+ countries and ~100,000 employees. FY2025 revenue was US$70.42B and core net profit US$1.28B. It is listed on SGX: SGX F34.SI (Reuters WLIL.SI). Latest 2025–2026 developments include consolidating AWL Agri Business Limited in India (ownership to ~57%, AWL became a Wilmar subsidiary) during 2025 and initial 2026 guidance/operational updates; Wilmar remains active with 1Q2026 results and FY2026 set to be the first full year consolidating AWL. It also reported owning/controlling tankers and dry bulk vessels totaling ~2.5 million MT as of 31 Dec 2025.

- The Group saw steady sales volume and revenue growth during the quarter, backed by higher sales activities across all its core segments. Sales volume for Food Products segment increased by 22.3% to 10.3 million MT (1Q2025: 8.4 million MT) while sales volume for Feed & Industrial Products segment grew by 11.7% to 15.9 million MT (1Q2025: 14.2 million MT). This was driven by stronger demand for products in the Group’s existing businesses. In addition, AWL Agri Business Limited (“AWL”) has been consolidated since December 2025 and FY2026 will be the first full year of consolidation of AWL results.
