Vinaseed
Vinaseed 前身为 1968 年成立的农业部与农村发展部下属一级水稻种子站，是最早成立的企业之一，伴随越南农作物种子产业一路发展。
简介
Vinaseed (Vietnam National Seed Group JSC; trading code NSC; HOSE since 21/12/2006) researches, selects, produces and trades crop varieties and related seed-tech and agricultural products, building a rice value chain from breeding to post-harvest and branded, traceable safe foods. Founded in 1968; HQ at No. 01/01 Lương Định Của, Hanoi. It uses gene/cell technologies, marker-assisted selection and OneRice, plus digital ecosystems to manage breeding/production and customer ordering. Scale (where stated): 2024 revenue VND 2,448.7 bn; output 121,000 tons; market share 22.5%; cash dividend 40% (VND 4,000/share); 31 member units; 8→31 units growth; equity figures reported in documents. 2025 developments: operationally active; 2025 results reported as maintaining scale and profitability; established Vinaseed Research Institute (VRI) and digitized R&D; VRI applied MAS + OneRice and trial/registration progress; VRI signed MOUs incl. with Beijing Vegetable Research Center.
