Vezlay Foods is an active Indian food-tech company based in New Delhi that manufactures soy-based, plant-protein meat and egg alternatives. Founded by Amit Bajaj in 2010 and beginning commercial operations in 2012, the company is bootstrapped and privately held.
The company utilizes proprietary technology to process soy into products that mimic the texture and taste of meat, including kebabs, nuggets, sausages, keema, and vegan scrambled eggs. As of 2023, it reported revenue of Rs. 6.96 crore. Vezlay distributes through modern retail, e-commerce, and quick-commerce platforms, and supplies hotels and restaurants. In 2025, the company continued its expansion, launching new products like plant-based keema and receiving the Plant-Based Food of the Year 2025 award.
