Umami Bioworks (Singapore; address 89 Science Park Dr, #04-22) is a B2B cultivated seafood platform/licensing company that enables seafood producers to grow “not caught” species (notably Japanese eel, grouper, orange spotted, bluefin tuna, and Atlantic cod) using a modular, automated production system (“CultivateOS”) combining genomics, stem-cell biology, and machine learning/automation (“ALKEMYST”) for targeted endangered/threatened/protected species.
