TPI Polene Public Company Limited is an industrial conglomerate based in Bangkok, Thailand, founded in 1978. It is a publicly traded company (SET: TPIPL) primarily engaged in construction materials, petrochemicals, and energy. The company is the third-largest cement producer in Thailand and a leader in mortar and ready-mixed concrete. Its core operations include manufacturing cement, fiber cement, and specialty polymers like LDPE and EVA, alongside a significant renewable energy business through its subsidiary, TPI Polene Power (TPIPP), which operates the world’s largest privately-owned waste-to-energy power plant.

The Leophairatana family remains the major shareholder, holding approximately 68% of the company. As of 2026, the company employs over 9,500 people and continues to focus on ESG-driven investments, including transitioning its power plants to 100% municipal solid waste (MSW) fuel and expanding solar capacity.
