简介

Space F is a South Korean food-tech startup founded in 2020 that specializes in cellular agriculture, specifically the development of cultivated meat, including pork, beef, and chicken. Headquartered in Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, the company focuses on stem cell culture and tissue engineering to produce sustainable, animal-free protein.

Core technology includes the development of pig embryonic stem cell lines and serum-free culture media. The company operates a pilot factory and has successfully presented prototypes of cultivated pork, beef, and chicken.

Space F is a private company that has secured Series A funding and was selected for a major five-year government-backed Alchemist Project. Key partners include Seoul National University, Sejong University, Daesang Corporation, and Lotte Fine Chemical. As of July 2025, the company remains active, continuing to showcase its technology at industry expos and working toward commercialization and regulatory approval.
