Rossari Biotech Limited (NSE: ROSSARI; BSE: 543213) is a specialty-chemicals manufacturer, offering “intelligent and sustainable solutions” across Home, Personal Care & Performance Chemicals (HPPC), Textile Specialty Chemicals (TSC) and Animal Health & Nutrition (AHN), including enzymes-based solutions and other specialty chemistries for laundry/cleaning, textile processing, poultry/animal feed and pet-care. Co-founded by Edward Menezes and Sunil Chari in 2003 (incorporated as Rossari Labtech in 2003; partnership name changed to Rossari Biotech; became a joint stock company as Rossari Biotech Limited in 2009). Headquartered in Mumbai; corporate office at Rossari House, Vikhroli (West), Mumbai, Maharashtra; manufacturing facilities at Silvassa and Dahej. Core chemistries include surfactants, polymers, silicones and enzymes, and it operates multiple manufacturing facilities with ~332,000+ MTPA capacity (and 7 manufacturing facilities; ~1,52,500 MTPA at Dahej per Q2 FY26 presentation). In FY26 (latest period in results provided), revenue from operations was Rs. 2,396.4 crore and consolidated PAT Rs. 149.2 crore; Q4 FY26 revenue Rs. 684.9 crore, EBITDA Rs. 77.3 crore, PAT Rs. 46.0 crore. Latest 2025-26 developments: Q2 FY26 (per earnings presentation) commissioned additional 20,000 MTPA at Dahej and 15,000 MTPA ethoxylation capacity at Unitop (total installed ethoxylation capacity to 66,000 MTPA after Q4 commissioning on 31 Mar 2026); also announced in-principle approval for greenfield specialty-chemicals manufacturing facilities in Saudi Arabia under wholly owned subsidiary Rossari International Limited Company (December 2024 incorporation). The company also set up a new R&D facility at Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai and shifted its existing R&D facility from IIT Bombay (announced in Q4 FY26 press release).
