Rallis India Limited (Rallis; NSE: RALLIS) is Tata Chemicals’ listed subsidiary and an agri-inputs company serving India’s rural market with crop care and seeds, plus soil & plant health/biologicals. It sells crop protection (herbicides, insecticides, fungicides; domestic B2C/B2B and exports) and seeds (hybrid breeding programs; brand “Dhaanya”), and SPH includes bio-fertilisers/organic manure (GEOGREEN®) and precision-nutrition/biologicals (NuCode™). It has 5 owned ag-chem plants (Akola, Lote, Ankaleshwar, Dahej CZ44, Dahej SEZ) and seed processing (one owned maize cob drying plant near Hyderabad plus third-party processing), plus R&D hubs (RICH, Ag-Biotech). Incorporated in 1948; headquartered at Vios Tower, Wadala, Mumbai. Listed on BSE (500355) and NSE (RALLIS), with Tata Chemicals holding shown in its BR report context (55.04%); employees ~3,969 (FY26). FY26 revenue was ₹2,897 crore, EBITDA ₹362 crore (highest-ever), exports ~22.1% of turnover. Key customers include ~50+ export customers and ~50+ B2B customers; it also has 7,200+ dealers, 95,000 retailers, 31,000 growers, 8.5m+ farmer connects. Latest 2025-2026: FY26 performance grew 9% revenue and it launched 11 new crop-protection products in FY26 (and launched herbicide Fateh Nxt in 9M FY26). It remains active, reporting FY25-26 and Q4 FY26 results in 2026.
