Paradeep Phosphates Limited (PPL) is an integrated Indian agri-nutrient company that manufactures, trades, distributes and markets phosphatic fertilizer and related industrial chemicals, reaching 18 states via regional offices and a pan-India dealer/retailer network. Core products include DAP, Urea, NPK (incl. TSP), and specialty/soil and micronutrient offerings such as Nano Urea/Nano DAP, plus industrial chemicals like gypsum, HFSA, sulphuric acid and ammonia. Incorporated in 1981; registered office is in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. PPL is listed on Indian stock exchanges (BSE: 543530, NSE: PARADEEP) after listing in May 2022; it is held 57.2% by Zuari Maroc Phosphates Pvt. Ltd. (ZMPPL) as of 30 Sep 2025. Scale: FY2025-26 revenue from operations ₹218,263 million; EBITDA ₹22,594 million; PAT ₹9,968 million; production 3.67 Mn MT and sales volume 4.2 Mn MT; installed fertilizer capacity ~3.9 MMTPA after integrating MCFL. Manufacturing facilities are at Paradeep (Odisha, 1.8 MMTPA NPK/DAP) and Goa (Zuarinagar, 0.8 MMTPA DAP/NPK plus 0.4 MMTPA urea), with Mangalore (0.7 MMTPA) following the merger. Key supply partner: OCP S.A. via an exclusive long-term supply agreement for rock phosphate. Latest 2025-2026 developments: MCFL integration completed in fiscal 2026, expanded manufacturing capacity to 3.7 MMTPA, and FY26 included a ₹3,600 crore capex plan for granulation and backward integration (phosphoric/sulphuric acids) targeting 5.0 MMTPA sales in ~2.5 years.
