Nath Bio-Genes (I) Ltd. is an active, BSE-listed (Code: 537291) Indian agri-biotech company founded in 1979 by Nandkishor Kagliwal. Headquartered in Chh. Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, with a corporate office in Mumbai, it specializes in developing and supplying hybrid seeds, transgenic crops, and plant nutrition solutions. The company operates 10 processing plants and maintains a network of approximately 20,000 distributors across 23 Indian states. As of 2025-2026, it is expanding internationally through a joint venture in Uzbekistan and market development in the Philippines. The company remains focused on R&D-driven diversification beyond its core cotton and paddy segments.
