Mahindra Agri Solutions Limited (MASL) is an active, unlisted public company and a 99.06% subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra, headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Incorporated on April 11, 2000, it provides integrated agricultural solutions, including seeds, crop care, and fruit exports.
The company operates through subsidiaries and joint ventures, including Mahindra Summit Agriscience (crop care), Mahindra HZPC (seed potatoes), and Mahindra Fruits. It focuses on R&D for field and vegetable seeds and maintains a global export network for grapes. MASL turned profitable in FY2025, reporting consolidated revenue of ₹605.6 crore. It aims to reach $200 million in revenue by 2030 through international expansion and new horticulture categories.
