金正大生态工程集团股份有限公司成立于 1998 年，是专注复合肥（CF）、缓/控释肥（SCRF）、水溶肥（WSF）及其他特种肥料研发、生产和营销的国家重点高新技术企业：国家创新型企业、世界最大的缓控释肥生产基地——总资产 87 亿元人民币、员工 8,000 多名、年产能 600 万吨。2010 年公司在深圳证券交易所上市（002470）；2014 年销售收入 130 亿元。公司是缓控释肥行业标准和国家标准的起草单位、国家缓控释肥产业技术创新战略联盟理事长单位；先后在山东临沭、菏泽、德州，安徽长丰，河南郸城、驻马店，辽宁铁岭，贵州瓮安，云南晋宁，广东英德建立生产基地，并在北京、济南、华盛顿等地设立研究中心……

Kingenta Ecological Engineering Group, founded in 1998 and headquartered in Linyi, China, is a large-scale agricultural company specializing in the research, production, and sale of compound, controlled-release, water-soluble, and bio-fertilizers. It is listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (002470). The company operates 11 production bases in China and maintains international facilities in the Netherlands, Spain, and other regions.
Kingenta is currently active and transitioning into a comprehensive agricultural service provider. In 2025, it represented China at United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization meetings to promote controlled-release fertilizer technology. The company employs over 6,000 people and reported 2025 annual revenue of approximately 9.92 billion CNY. Its core strategy involves developing a vertical phosphorus chemical industry chain, ranging from mining to high-value fertilizer and new energy material production.
