Khon Kaen Sugar Industry Public Company Limited (KSL Group) is a Thailand-based producer and distributor of sugar, molasses, ethanol, electricity, and organic fertilizer. Founded in 1976 and headquartered in Bangkok, the company is listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (KSL). It operates five sugar mills in Thailand and one in Laos, with a total sugarcane crushing capacity exceeding 140,000 tons per day.
KSL is active as of September 2026. Recent developments include a strategic shift toward net-zero emissions by 2050 and the launch of Kane’s brand Low GI sugar. In 2025, the company reported a net loss of 660 million THB, largely due to declining global sugar prices and impairment losses on foreign assets. KSL maintains a joint venture, BBGI Public Company Limited, with Bangchak Group to manage biofuel and sustainable aviation fuel initiatives.
