Kaveri Seed Company Limited is an active Indian agricultural enterprise specializing in the research, production, and distribution of high-yielding hybrid seeds, including cotton, maize, rice, and vegetables. Founded in 1976 by G.V. Bhaskar Rao, the company is headquartered in Secunderabad, Telangana, and has been listed on the NSE and BSE since 2007.
The company operates through integrated research and processing facilities, maintaining a network of over 3,785 channel partners. In FY26, Kaveri reported revenue of ₹1,303.77 crore and a net profit of ₹283.26 crore. Recent developments include a strategic focus on non-cotton segments, international expansion into Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, and the full acquisition of subsidiary Aditya Agritech.
