Karana is a Singapore-based food technology company that produces plant-based meat alternatives using young jackfruit as its primary ingredient. Founded in 2018 by Blair Crichton and Dan Riegler, the company focuses on regenerative, farmer-friendly sourcing, primarily from smallholder farms in Sri Lanka.
