简介
Japfa is a pan-Asian, vertically integrated agri-food company headquartered in Singapore that specializes in producing animal protein staples, including poultry, beef, and aquaculture products. Founded in 1971 as PT Java Pelletizing Factory, the company operates across the value chain, from animal feed production and breeding to commercial farming, processing, and consumer food distribution.
The company is the second-largest integrated poultry producer in Indonesia, where its subsidiary, PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk, is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Japfa employs over 37,000 people. Its core brands include Comfeed and Benefeed for animal feed, and So Good and So Nice for consumer food products. The company utilizes advanced feed technology and maintains an exclusive partnership with Aviagen for poultry genetics.
As of 2026, Japfa remains active and continues to report strong financial performance, with 2025 net sales reaching IDR 60.7 trillion. The company is 55.4% owned by Japfa Ltd. Recent strategic focuses include expanding downstream processing, enhancing digitalization for efficiency, and supporting government initiatives like the Free Nutritious Meal program.
