Indo-American Hybrid Seeds (India) Pvt. Ltd. (IAHS) is an active Indian agricultural company specializing in the research, development, production, and marketing of hybrid seeds for vegetables, field crops, flowers, and ornamental plants. Founded in 1965 by Dr. Manmohan Attavar, the company is headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka. It operates as a private limited company, incorporated in 1997.
The company utilizes advanced biotechnology, including DNA fingerprinting and tissue culture, and maintains ISTA-accredited seed testing laboratories. It operates R&D centers across India and manages a distribution network of approximately 1,300 distributors.
As of March 31, 2025, the company reported an operating income of approximately Rs. 158.7 crore and employed 425 people as of May 2025. The company is led by Chairman and Managing Director Arthur Santosh Attavar and Joint Managing Director Rashmi Attavar. In 2025–2026, the company continued its focus on precision floriculture and international expansion, including membership in Fleuroselect and participation in global industry conferences.
