GSFC (Gujarat State Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd; CIN L99999GJ1962PLC001121) is an integrated manufacturer of fertilizers and industrial chemicals, with plants at Vadodara/Fertilizer Nagar and chemical/industrial manufacturing tied to its integrated complex; it was incorporated in 1962 and began fertilizer production in 1967. Core fertilizer products include Urea, Ammonium Sulphate (AS), Ammonium Phosphate Sulphate (APS) and DAP; industrial products include Caprolactam, Melamine, Nylon-6 and MEK Oxime. Nylon-6-II (45 MTPD) uses technical knowhow from Lurgi (Germany; now Technip Zimmer). GSFC is listed on BSE (Scrip 500690) and NSE (Symbol GSFC). Promoters hold ~38% (GSIL 37.84%); FII/FPI ~12.35%, DII & others ~7.31%, public ~42.50% (shareholding as of 31.03.2026). It reported FY25-26 operating revenue of Rs. 9,429 crore, PAT Rs. 573 crore, with no long-term debt cited in earnings commentary. The Sulphuric Acid-V project (198 KTPA) was commissioned on 7 Jan 2026 and is operating; GSFC also commissioned a 15MW Charanka solar project in FY2025-26.
