Green Monday (Green Monday Holdings/Group) is an Asia plant-based food company that commercializes OmniFoods (food tech alternative proteins) and Green Common (plant-based retail/dining/distribution). Its core products include OmniPork (and variants like OmniPork Strip, OmniPork Luncheon) and OmniSeafood (OmniSeafood products launched in 2021), made from proprietary blends of non-GMO plant proteins (e.g., peas, non-GMO soy, shiitake and rice; and for seafood, non-GMO soy/pea/rice). Founded in 2012 in Hong Kong; OmniPork was formulated in April 2018. Headquartered in Hong Kong. In 2020 it raised US$70m led by TPG’s The Rise Fund and Swire Pacific, with investors including CPT Capital, Jefferies, Sino Group’s Ng Family Trust, Happiness Capital (Lee Kum Kee), and individual investors (e.g., John Wood, Wang Leehom).
