Golden Agri-Resources Ltd (GAR) is a Singapore-listed, fully integrated palm-based agribusiness (“seed-to-shelf”) running oil palm plantations in Indonesia and downstream processing into products sold globally. Its core products span crude palm oil/palm kernel and value-added palm products (cooking oils, margarine/shortening, specialty fats), oleochemicals, biodiesel, and palm kernel products, supported by destination refining and global merchandising/distribution; it also has complementary soybean/sunflower and sugar businesses. Founded in 1996, headquartered at Golden Agri Plaza, 108 Pasir Panjang Road #06-00, Singapore. Ownership: independent shareholding with the Widjaja Family Master Trust holding just over 50% via Flambo International; listed on SGX Mainboard since 9 July 1999. Scale (latest available): ~531,000 ha planted in Indonesia (includes plasma) in 2025; 2.8M tonnes crude palm oil/palm kernel output in 2025; 99K people; revenue nearly US$13.0B and net profit ~US$400M in 2025; global sales in 110+ countries; R&D centers; traceability to plantation with sustainability targets.
