Godrej Agrovet Limited is an active, research-focused Indian agribusiness conglomerate headquartered in Mumbai. It operates in animal nutrition, crop protection, oil palm, dairy, and poultry. Core products include cattle, poultry, and aqua feed, agrochemical active ingredients via its subsidiary Astec LifeSciences, and crude palm oil.
The company is publicly listed and part of the Godrej Industries Group, with promoters holding 67.7% as of March 2026. Major institutional investors include Temasek, Vanguard, and LIC of India. In FY26, the company surpassed 10,000 crore in revenue.
