GenScript Biotech Corporation is a global biotechnology company founded in 2002 in New Jersey, USA, that provides life science research services, biologics development, and industrial synthetic biology tools. It operates through three primary platforms: GenScript Life Science Group (research services and products), ProBio (an end-to-end CRDMO for biologics and cell and gene therapy), and Bestzyme (industrial enzymes).
The company is publicly listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX: 1548). As of December 31, 2025, it employed 6,165 people and served over 265,000 customers across more than 100 countries. In 2025, the group reported US$959.5 million in revenue. The company maintains a significant 47.18% equity interest in Legend Biotech, which focuses on cell therapies.
GenScript remains highly active in 2026.
