阜丰集团是全球最大的黄原胶和味精生产商：黄原胶年产能 9 万吨、味精年产能 100 万吨；1999 年成立，2007 年在香港联交所主板上市。子公司包括山东阜丰发酵、宝鸡阜丰生物、内蒙古阜丰生物、新疆阜丰生物、呼伦贝尔东北阜丰生物、阜丰进出口、江苏神华药业等，并涉足矿业、钒业、房地产和担保业务。主要产品：黄原胶、味精、谷氨酸、鸡精、氨基酸、生物发酵肥料、葡萄糖、果糖、结冷胶、透明质酸、原料药等；通过 ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO22000、OHSAS18001、Kosher、Halal、BRC、IP 等认证。
简介
Fufeng Group (HKEX: 546) is a leading global biotechnology company specializing in fermentation-based products, including food additives, animal nutrition, high-end amino acids, and colloids. Founded in June 1999 and headquartered in Qingdao, China, the company is a major producer of monosodium glutamate (MSG), xanthan gum, and various amino acids like threonine and lysine.
The company is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and is controlled by Li Xuechun. As of late 2025, it employed approximately 17,000 people and reported annual revenue of approximately RMB 27.9 billion. Fufeng operates multiple production bases across China and is currently expanding internationally, with construction of its first overseas production facility in Kazakhstan underway as of 2025, targeting production commencement in 2026.
