Crystal Crop Protection Limited, established in 1994 and headquartered in Delhi, is a leading Indian agrochemical company focused on crop protection, seeds, and agricultural equipment. It operates a fully integrated model covering R&D, manufacturing, and pan-India distribution. Its core portfolio includes herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, natural crop solutions, and a wide range of hybrid seeds.
The company is currently private, with promoters holding 86.69% of equity. It has received investment from Everstone Capital and the IFC. On May 4, 2026, SEBI approved the company’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) for a fresh issue of 600 crore INR and an offer for sale. The company remains active and is currently expanding its export footprint in seeds and agrochemicals.
