Available in double-folded, assembled, or welded designs with standard volumes from 200m³ to 11,000m³. · Biogas Generator Set — High-efficiency system for biogas-to-electricity conversion. Featuring Woodward controls and lean-burn technology for maximum reliability. Standard outputs range from 400kW to 2,000kW. · Double-membrane Gas Holder — A flexible storage system for constant-pressure gas regulation. Featuring dual-membrane technology and automatic pressure control for safety and stability. Standard capacities range from 100m³ to 20,000m³. · Biological Desulfurization — A biological system for H₂S removal from biogas. Uses natural bacteria with no chemicals or consumables. Skid-mounted design for flow rates from 150 to 1,000 Nm³/h. Customizable for higher capacities. · Dry Desulfurization — Dry desulfurization tower using iron oxide media to remove H₂S from biogas. Features regenerative cycle—media converts sulfides back to iron oxide with oxygen and water for repeated use. Replaceable cartridges; spent media can be regenerated offline. · Biogas Cold Drying Booster System — Skid-mounted system that pressurizes and dehumidifies biogas for generators/boilers. Integrates Roots fan with condensation drying to achieve stable pressure (10–20KPa) and 70% relative humidity. Features automatic control, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and modular design for easy installation. · Filter — Gas filtration system with 304 stainless steel housing. Primary (stainless steel) and precision (PP) filter elements for low pressure drop. Pressure monitoring indicates when to replace elements to reduce operating costs. · Containerized Membrane Separation System — Containerized 3-stage membrane system for upgrading biogas to RNG. Separates CO₂ at room temperature with no chemicals or water. Achieves up to 99.6% methane recovery. Modular design for flows from 80 to 12,000 Nm³/h. · Biogas Torch — Safety device for burning excess biogas during maintenance or system faults. Features automatic pressure ignition (1–3KPa) and Siemens PLC controls. 1000Nm³/h capacity, SS304 construction. · BIOWATT-BIOGAS Methane Digesters — Turnkey solutions for anaerobic digestion of agricultural waste. · Biogas Upgrading — Biogas upgrading technology converts raw biogas into biomethane using membrane separation, delivering >99.5% methane recovery. The gas meets renewable natural gas (RNG) standards for high-value use.
