简介

Beijing Shougang LanzaTech is a Chinese biomanufacturing company specializing in carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) by converting industrial waste gas into ethanol and microbial protein using proprietary gas-fermentation technology. Established in 2011 and headquartered in Beijing, the company operates as a joint venture with LanzaTech Global, which holds an 8.38% stake. It is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 2553) as of June 3, 2026.

The company operates four large-scale production facilities in China and is currently scaling up its Hebei Shoulang Phase II project. As of June 30, 2026, it employed 527 people.
