简介
Barramundi Group produces responsibly grown barramundi using an end-to-end aquaculture model (farm-to-fork) with operations in Singapore (R&D and broodstock) and ocean farms in Brunei. Core technology includes selective breeding/juvenile production and in-house fish vaccine capability via its UVAXX autogenous vaccination platform (epitope-based SDDV program with A*STAR) plus hatchery/RAS systems and integrated processing/value-added seafood under brands including Kühlbarra and Fassler Gourmet. Incorporated in Singapore on 10 Dec 2007; registered office 35 Fishery Port Road, 116 New Fish Merchant Building, Singapore 619742. It is a public company listed on Euronext Growth Oslo (stock code BARRA). Brunei government is a significant shareholder (~10.82% via Warif Holdings Limited) and also received a B$15m facility offer (Feb 2024) for the Brunei expansion. Latest 2025-2026 developments: FY2025 annual report published 29 May 2026; 2026 updates report improved early-2026 biological/operational performance, expansion of Pelong Rocks with an additional grow-out pen (Pelong 4 stocked in July), commencement of a Broodstock Quarantine Centre (planned operational by Nov 2026), Kühlbarra Brunei online retail soft launch, and continued UVAXX vaccine R&D/field trials; company remains active.
