简介
Agrocorp International is a Singapore-headquartered global agri-commodity trader and processor founded in 1990 by Vijay Iyengar. The company is a private, family-run enterprise that generates over US$3 billion in annual revenue, employs more than 300 people, and moves over 10 million tonnes of commodities annually across 50 countries. Its core business involves trading and processing staples like pulses, wheat, sugar, rice, cotton, and nuts. The company operates 10 processing facilities globally and maintains a network of over 4,000 farmer partners.
Agrocorp has expanded downstream into plant-based protein through its brand HerbYvore, which produces dairy-free, pea-protein-based cheeses. In 2025, the company remains active and has achieved several milestones, including becoming a full trading member of the Chicago Board of Trade and being recognized as a Company of Good for 2025–2027. It is currently developing a large-scale protein isolate manufacturing facility in Malaysia in partnership with Megmilk Snow Brand, slated for completion in 2025.
