ABIS Foods and Proteins Private Limited (AFPPL) (erstwhile Abis Exports (India) Pvt. Ltd.) is the flagship IB Group company focused on integrated poultry, animal feed, and protein inputs, plus forward integration into processed meat via its wholly-owned subsidiary Abis Proteins Private Limited (APPL). Core products include broiler birds, livestock/poultry and fish/shrimp feeds, soya/rice bran oil (crude and refined), edible oils, and related protein nutrition; it uses advanced hatching/vaccination (including Innovo® vaccination) and incubations, and operates a single-source “gene-to-kitchen control” model for its ABIS PRO brand. AFPPL was incorporated Aug 10, 1998, headquartered at Indamara (Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh). Promoters/family hold almost the entire equity stake. It has an active status (listed as Active), ~15,904 employees (Aug 31, 2025), and generated over INR 1,000 Cr revenue in FY ending Mar 31, 2025. IB Group’s integration spans multiple value-chain stages and works with Aviagen India Poultry Breeding Company (grandparent DOC sourcing; strategic collaboration since 2013). Latest 2025–2026 developments: AFPPL’s name change to “Abis Foods and Proteins Private Limited” took effect Aug 20, 2025; a Madhya Pradesh integrated solvent extraction and feed plant commissioned in FY2025 to double oil extraction/refining capacities; and IB Group had capex planned through FY2027 (including APPL frozen/processed chicken meat plants each 12,000 birds/hour expected commissioning in FY2027), indicating ongoing operations and growth into FY2026.
